Ralph Lauren

On March 31st we had the pleasure to cater a production for Ralph Lauren for 30 people in Miami.  As we make all of our dishes from scratch and with what's best at the market, fresh new dishes are created all the time.

Some of the winning dishes were:

Grilled flank steak with artichokes, asparagus & shallot-rosemary vinaigrette; Tempeh & tofu stir fry with edamame, shoots, sprouts & torn kale; Roasted butternut squash with grilled red onions, sage and toasted pecans; Orzo pasta with ricotta salata, lemon, mint & black olives; pear & Blueberry cobbler with whipped cream.
