We just finished a three day production this past week for the clothing store Zara from Spain. Two days outdoors on-location and one day in Big Time Studios. As we make our food as we go, getting inspired by whats in the markets we came up with a lot of new dishes.

These were some of the winners:

Jicama, papaya, pomegranate & cilantro salad; Roasted chicken thighs with paprika, apples & raisins; Farro salad with tofu and artichokes;  Salmon with light ginger, orange and ponzu; Roasted eggplant with toasted almonds and yogurt sauce; Chick pea salad with Basil dressing; Baked Cobia with thyme shiitake mushrooms and artichokes; Coconut cake with vanilla sauce;  and Apple crisp
